  • The Y-axis is driven using a combination of servo motor, gearbox, and ball screw transmission;
  • The cross beam guide rail adopts parallel structure and linear guide method. Use 55 specification heavy-duty guide rails with a guide rail span of 550mm.
  • The Y-axis transmission saddle is equipped with 7 sliders, which has good anti-seismic performance
Z-axis structure design

  • The dual servo motor drive system is used with a high-rigidity ram and a powerful lubrication system to enable faster start-stop response and higher processing efficiency during product processing.
  • Dual servo realizes center of gravity drive, eliminating the rotational torque generated during driving.
