Design of walking-beam with movable worktable

  • The worktable is movable (X-axis), the spindle moves along the beam (Y-axis), and the ram moves up and down (Z-axis), the beam moves up and down along the column (W-axis)
Large working area for ultra-high workpiece with high precision and rigidity

  • The moving beam can effectively increase the machining range and provide convenience for the machining of ultra-high workpiece.
  • The stroke of the moving beam and the ram can be superimposed on each other, maintain the spindle accuracy not to be influenced due to spindle extends too far.

Excellent in heavy-duty and rigid machining

  • Adopt rectangular double column gantry structure, which has enough rigidity to the load in all directions and twists, ensures high machining accuracy on the basis of high machining strength.
  • The saddle is equipped with 7 sliders ensures good anti-seismic performance
  • The distance from the spindle center to the Y-axis guide surface is short, and the turning torque is small

The beam with intensive stiffener structure, having good bending resistance and cutting resistance

  • The Intensive stiffener structure is adopted for the beam, which is obtained by using finite element analysis, it is not easily deformed and it increases the rigidity.

High responsiveness is achieved through the Z-axis dual servo drive

  • The Z-axis dual servo realizes to drive at Center of Gravity, ensuring the forces (F) on both sides are balanced, eliminating the rotation torque generated during the drive. High responsiveness and synchronization are achieved during acceleration, thus achieving stable machining accuracy.
