Fully enclosed structure

  • The Y-axis full vertical shield can effectively block the chips and cutting fluid generated during the cutting process from splashing to the inside of the machine. The design of minimizing dead corners and obstacles in the cutting area ensures the smooth flow of chips and liquid, keeping the machining area clean and safe.
Front and rear dual station fixtures

  • Widen the Y-axis travel, making the machine more suitable for various industries. It can be equipped with front and rear dual station fixtures, especially suitable for processing large quantities of workpieces.

Standard three-axis screw

  • PB85-18 can be equipped with an optional three-axis screw to meet the needs of higher machining accuracy, with a fast traverse speed of up to 50m/min, better dynamic performance and higher acceleration.

BASIC INFORMATION

  • The PB series structure with high machine bed, which can effectively prevent water chips from splashing outside the equipment, meanwhile protect important parts such as guideways and screws, improve the machine’s lifetime and reliability.
  • The three axes of the 1800 and 2500 models are driven by screw to meet the requirement of higher machining accuracy. The rapid traverse speed can reach 50m/min, superior dynamic performance and higher acceleration.
  • The bottom of the workbench is designed with a large inclined surface for chip removal, which is more convenient for cleaning and chip removal.
  • Mainly used for processing aluminum and steel profiles in the industries of automobile, rail transit,machinery manufacturing, etc.
