Tests and Quality Assurance of PRATIC CNC Machining Centers
As a professional manufacturer who has been focusing on CNC machining centers , PRAITC is always attaching much importance to its quality control system.
PRATIC is carrying out a strict quality control system of ISO 9001. All procedures from raw materials & components purchasing, machining, adjusting, installing, assembling, to finished machine trial running contains strict tests and inspections to ensure all parts and components are in supreme quality and the finished machines are in 100% perfect condition before delivery to customers.
1.Flatness and Cylindricity Test
The Flatness and Cylindricity Test T-slot worktable and also of linear guide rail are carried out, the test is very important because it affects the machining precision of the machining center. The Mitutoyo lever-type dial gauge is used for this test, PRATIC carries out strict test and ensure high flatness for keeping a higher machining precision, especially the T-slot worktable is made by PRATIC own heavy-duty machining centers, so the quality of it from manufacturing to test is totally controlled.
2. Positioning and Repeatability Test
This test is no doubt very important for precision machining. PRATIC uses RENISHAW new XK10 Alignment Laser System with a measurement range of 30m to test and adjust the precision of each machine.
3.Three-Coordinates Measurement
PRAITC owns the Three-Coordinates Measuring Machine which can complete the measurement of workpiece sizes, shapes, positions and tolerance, it can test all types of parallel, verticality, symmetry and concentricity, get the arc surface data by scanning it, as well as transmit the testing data into CAD system to modify and improve the workpieces.
4.Dynamic and Coordinating Accuracy Test
PRATIC uses the RENISHAW Ballbar system to conduct the Dynamic and Coordinating Accuracy Test, which provides the machine a simple, ripid check of positioning performance to recognised international standards. It can quickly diagnose problems that may require fix, as well as idendify the error sources that produce them.
