We demonstrated automotive integrated die casting machining at the exhibition. This 5-axis CNC machining center is equipped with a dual A/C head developed by PRATIC. Adopting a 4th axis rotary table and double column structure, it can be clamped at one time to complete multi-angle complex surface processing, which can greatly improve work efficiency. The X / Y axis adopts linear motor drive, and the Z axis adopts ball screw and nitrogen balance cylinder structure to achieve high-speed feed.
