How to maintain PRATIC CNC machining centers

CNC machining centers are widely used in various industries. The machines comprehensively apply advanced technologies such as computer technology, automatic control technology, automatic detection technology and precision machinery design and manufacturing. DAILY

1. After startup of the machine, observe the position of the 3 axis of the machine tool and whether there are obstacles in front, back, left, right, up and down, which may block the movement of each axis.

2. Observe whether the keys on the operation panel are intact and whether the indicator lights are normal.

3. Check whether the cutting fluid (liquid level, deterioration), guide rail lubricating oil level and air pressure are normal, and whether there are large foreign objects on the chain plate of chip conveyor.

4. After confirming, start the machine, release the emergency stop, return to the original point, heat up the engine for 30 minutes and extend it appropriately in winter.

5. After machining, clean the taper hole of the tool spindle of the tool magazine, the aluminum chips on the sheet metal chip conveyor, and clean the tool magazine.

MONTHLY
1. Do minor maintenance for the machine, clean the appearance, check and deal with the oil, air pressure filter and electric box filter cotton.

2. Remove the screws of the protective cover, clean the aluminum chips inside, drain water, and lubricate the screw rod and wire rail.

3. Move each axis, observe the load and listen to whether the operation sound is smooth.

4. Check the tool change action and position of tool magazine.

ANNUAL Major maintenance

  1. Back up the data of the machine tool and replace the driver and system battery regularly.

2. Adjust the level of the machine tool, remove all sheet metal to clean, tighten the screws of all parts
3. Check the air pressure, the pressure value on the air source triplet of the machine tool is 0.5-0.7MPa, clean the filter.

4. Check whether each oil circuit is unobstructed and the pressure is OK.

5. Special electronic precision cleaning fluid to clean spindle fan, amplifier fan and board.

6. Check and sort out the components and circuits of the electric box.

7. Check and adjust the accuracy of each axis.

8. Fixture inspection.
