The vertical machining center used to process rod parts after cutting, integrated with function of milling, drilling tapping, and customized special rod pneumatic fixture. It can complete the processing requirements with high precision and efficiency at one time.
● CNC Plate Parts Machining Center
The gantry machining center is specialized for plate part machining because its wide range worktable, high efficiency and low bed design are convenient for loading and unloading.
● Robot Welder
The welding machine and manipulator are used, with professional welding fixtures, four-axis indexing disc turntable and professional pneumatic actuator, all welding positions can be completed at one time without secondary clamping.
● Friction Welding Equipment
Equipped with a high-torque spindle, high-rigidity machine body and high-strength stirrer head, the rod parts and base plate parts are welded around one circle, to form a complete battery tray.
